The night you left me those voice notes I forgotten what it was like to be a woman in wine. Slightly removed from the heart of the industry, choosing to write about it safely from the sidelines, it felt a world away.

But when I replayed your messages, hearing the anger, frustration and confusion in your voice, it all came back.

Dulce de leche is practically part of my DNA, it runs through my veins, but I’ve never made it from scratch… until now.
